U.S. Bank: I had an account for over 20 years but I had to close it due to US Bank's incompetence. First you incorrectly input my check. You then incorrectly charged me fees, then sent a letter explaining your error and reversed the charges. Two weeks later, you added the charges back. So here we go again!

The Container Store: Their promotions do not clearly show the end date of the promotion and they resist price-matching their own on-line prices. Every transaction becomes a problem and I really think I will avoid shopping there in the future. It never improves.
