THey promote growth but where is the growth. Seems to be a dead end job. Working here puts you back in the mindset of being in high school.
COUNTRY Financial: Corporate lawyers completely disconnected from reps in the field. Lining their pockets and taking from commissions from repa and managers
Talentful: Base Salary is aligned with industry standards
Evereve: Their customer service and store managers. Saw a few firsthand of their store mangers drinking on the job and sitting down not helping customers at all.
Aimbridge Hospitality: I left Evolution, excited by opportunities posed to work at more exciting hotels. It was the biggest mistake of my career. I made it 7 months before I returned, with a newfound appreciation for the impact that management company itself has on my quality of life - even more so than the hotel itself.

RingCentral: When we negotiated conditions of my employment we're agreed on 40days / quarter on-site work but when I actually joined it changed to 4 days per week. I see no necessity of being at the office so often as far as most of my job could be done remotely and most of my teammates are at different places.

UPS: I was with the Company for 30 years starting in the mid 80's. Twenty nine of those years were in Management. At that time the Company was privately held. UPS has gone downhill since going public. The Partnership ethic was lost to corporate greed. Attitudes, service, commitment and quality tubed.

I've missed out on minimum of 3 of the preparer bonuses because of this discrimination, I will never work for this location or any of the locations in Kentucky again.
