Not good. Leaders in our plant refuse to accept any responsibility for failures. Everything is put back in the work force
The company started off being a great place to work for. Over the last 5 years though they have been cutting benefits, taking away bonuses for hourly workers and limiting pay increases to save money. In my opinion that is just hitting the easy button because management doesn't want to get creative.
