Amcor Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Support from colleagues and coworkers

Not sure. It's all neutral or negative

The people I work with on a daily basis

The employees. Just all regular people showing up to work together.

Everyone is on board with safety

Belief in long term sustainability

Everyone wants to meet customer priorities.

I think the most positive thing about the culture is that everyone encourages you to ask questions and dig into opportunities as you come across them.

Respect, clear strategy, outperform, social responsibility and vision

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Complete management they are clueless

Value people, show basic respect

Changes within the higher management and splitting the various Business Areas to separately managed entities.

Better management and less greed.

HR needs to be ran by fair people

I feel the leadership team needs to change. Be hands on and visible not hiding in front offices. Walk around among the employees, get to know their names, and ask them questions. The hourly production worker is your best asset and you are losing a lot of valuable knowledge with retirements.

transparency with everyone for better understanding

Stop procrasanating and fix all the things that are fixable

Top executives need to be more flexible, less rigid, more inclusive, less know-it-all attitude, more respect, and the high expectations of the lower level employees should be visited upon the higher levels.

Don’t expect your employees to live at wor

Stop handing disastrous people management positions because they are related or know someone. Compensate people for their skill and work ethic. Stop taking benefits we've already earned. Come up with better solutions to save money

Review from Product Dept

Leadership. Our plant lacks leadership in a big way. The leadership positions are filled but the employees who fill them have little to no leadership qualities.

Review from Product Dept

It needs to start with leadership changes. I would also like to see the team concept implemented and have leaders that understand it's TRUE meaning and cause. It all starts with knowledgeable leaders. Accountability is another big one but I only have 300 characters
