What do you like best about the leadership team?
Best way to put Amcor is not great with communatcation
They are the best team I have seen in my 27 year career but serious lack people skills
High turn over on North America leadership team
Friendly and easy to talk to
No positive comments to give.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Comunication is out of control, scheduling does not make sence at all. Managemen like their bonuses but do not buy repairment parts.
Following through with what is promised. Communication. Planning needs an over haul.
ATTITUDE. Leaders with and attitude of I am "holier than thou". Are not leaders. Morale in a place lead with this attitude is never good. Actually considering employee input. Transparency is near non existence.
Putting hourly workers before bonuses they themselves only get.
Dont preach water and Drink wine
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are decent. They could be better
All overtime is paid at double time plus 30% loading gor doing nightshift
Everything is included there but dentist
7% 401k match, but vested after 3 years
Pay. I dint work there anymore, was not given the option to say that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Big decline in variable compensation over the last fee years
They beat you down until you give into their ideas
Bonuses were taken mostly away
Cost of living compensation. Equal pay to other plants doing the same job
In Amcor salaries are based on location rather than based on actual skill & responsibilities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is excellent at their job management isn't
Our coworkers are awesome; that's why I still here.
The select few of them that actually listen to the employees.
Some are good workers, good times.
Energetic willing to learn and grow professionals
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are great just beaten everyday mentally so we just plode along with work
Workforce empowered to give minimal effort
They need to be more assertive
Be more willing to onboard/train new people

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Support from colleagues and coworkers

The employees. Just all regular people showing up to work together.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Complete management they are clueless
Value people, show basic respect
Changes within the higher management and splitting the various Business Areas to separately managed entities.
Better management and less greed.
HR needs to be ran by fair people

Showed an enthusiasm for the company
Tests and multiple level of checks
It was nice to meet some of the team before I started.
Can't really say because a was so stressed that I forget as soon as I left the room

Hire a better HR representative
Adding more effort to exclude bad apples from the candidates.
Just by trying to make you fit there instead of trying to make you feel like you are not good enough
What makes you most happy at work?
Balance and opportunities given to me
The compensation and increasing sales
Currently not much, used to be easy to get up and go to work, but it is hard now
when i get my paycheck or employees knowing i care
Reaching (preferably exceeding) my goals, also when I have a properly functioning machine it makes for a much better day. I am happy to see my coworkers everyday too
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer and supplier management is all over the place.
Everyone is overloaded with work. They need to hire more people.
Listen to the employees. Upper corporate leadership should spend more time in the plants, on the floor. The local leadership only tells you what they want you to know. Department supervisors hide ink storage violations reported to them. Presses are not properly grounded or stocked.
Unsure how it got so bad other than progressively worse HR and management
Be honest, be competitive, be compassionate and be innovative
