Alkami Technology: While the people and the culture here are still the reason I'm here and continue to serve our clients the way I do, it feels like we're having an identity crisis as a company for some reason. Some of this may be growth, but it's coming across as instability and "every man for themselves".
UST Global: Yesss great project with good
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: As a new employee I have been help and everyone is easy to ask questions and easy to get along with, management has been great.

Ferrero: better skills in sourcing hazelnut production
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: The role offers great learning opportunities and variety, but challenges with communication, consistency, and trust impact the overall experience. Addressing these would greatly improve team performance and morale.
Newrez LLC: Nothing, we were treated shamefully & disrespectfully.
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: It was misleading in the beginning. Was told 2 days work from home but can barely get 1 day. Also, was told in interview that I would only take 12 to 13 calls a day and I actually get between 30 to 50.

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: It has been good to be in the departments I have been in to understand more of how each department works and help the company. Learning from managers (good and bad) and their positive/negative of all factors.
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: TBH this company can be so great if they actually listen to us and not just a smile and pat on the back and tell us everything will be ok when its not someone to fight for us like Kasey Church does someone that is not scared of management to actually tell them whats going on so we can be great
