United Airlines: Sleazy, inexperienced management with new hires off the street who have no aviation background. Poor employee morale and higher risk of burnout. Training, standard operating procedures and communication is inconsistent within management and training.
NZXT: The company has been in a downward spiral since ~2022. They overhired during covid, then had multiple rounds of mass layoffs. Then there were the controversies, followed by the tariffs, and finally the RAM shortage. Even pillars of the company are not exempt form layoffs. I fear for my job everyday.
The Walt Disney Company: The chefs humiliate you like literal humiliation. They make employees feels unequal to the others. The constant humiliation is exhausting.

Zenith American Solutions: I was originally hired for Healthcare Cust Svc, but was sent to Pension to help with phone coverage. I liked it so much, I applied to transfer here, and now I am thriving in this dept. I also got a promotion from Phone rep to Processor, and I help train new Phone reps.

Cleveland Clinic: Toxic culture throughout adminstration and management. Too many mediocre people in management roles because they've been thru periods of growth - not earned and ut shows.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: Great place to work if the description and expectations matched the reality. How much labor they give to actually get things done in a larger store is next to impossible. Not to mention the traffic driven in for Community Events ends up being like 20 to 1 customer to employee. Definitely stressful.

Elevate K-12: I love that I can choose my own schedule and work from home! Teachers are given a great deal of support in terms of how to help kids learn and in terms of dealing with the online platforms. We are given full access to some of the best tools online interactive teaching tools out there!

Vanderbilt University: It is a huge company so every department has a different culture based on the leadership. Benefits are competitive but salaries for staff are not in comparison to other companies. There is a large disparity between executive salaries and staff, even staff leadership.
