The are responsive when reached out to My leader is very supportive

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

That we can build a strong, efficient team, That we all care about our members and their experience. And each other.

What makes you most happy at work?

When i feel I am set up for success, rather with systems. knowledge base and interactions with peers/leadershipe. Most of the events you hold reps/frontline do not get to experience.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Collaboration, engagement, maintain respect towards each other. leadership should be aware of the way their email tones come across. We could work together if we engaged and discussed more about steps/plans changes etc

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

While i enjoy my work and the team, my current compensation doesn't align with the market. I feel undervalued when my contributions outpace my pay scale. my scope of work and responsibilities have grown but the pay has not. As well, it is not keeping up with the rising cost of living
