Our company used to be so employee friendly which intern made us customer driven. I loved were I worked .Our members were our number one priority. I just don't feel that way anymore. There is so much pressure on all of us to just go go go so I feel that the quality of our service has gone down hill

I've had the ability to grow as a professional at Zenith. Every day there is a new challenge. Most of the time the challenges can be solved. A big reason for this is the collaboration and dependability of the resources across multiple departments.

they're lowkey open minded. they openly support arguing, so everyone gets a chance to be heard. convincing them your argument is valid is a different story though lol

The members of our group that are exempt have a health care program that is subpar. They need to do better, For those of us who have been at the company for a while are not seeing any incentives to keep going especially with the amount of work that we are expected to do every day.

Getting to work from home 2 days a week Gas prices are very high

The best part of my compensation package is Health Insurance coverage.

I'm not happy with the new insurance costs.

Our current health care costs went up quite a bit, but the coverage went down. In fact it tripled, but my annual raise was not enough to cover the cost,

some people have reached their skill ceiling or critical thinking ceiling. don't hire people who bang their head on the ceiling by getting out of bed. there's no room for improvement. hence why reduce is the first R in Reduce Reuse Recycle. Some coworkers need to learn what accountability is.

they encourage voicing yourself. proper arguments will be listened to. my pushback is taken seriously. sometimes u have the opportunity to create brand new things.

The morality committee works very hard to keep us motivated and tries to give us each little incentives

our company is very tight and works together to get jobs done and keeps us going with games, events and morale is up because of it
