I appreciate that they are trying to improve company culture but there has been so much disruption, reorganizing and I do not think there was enough pre planning when the re org was done to keep departments running efficiently after the re organization

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

These funds are complex and have many employers under them, there needs to be management based on the number of employers. If there is a very large number of employers under a fund, then a mgr should manage only that one fund, if 3 funds have same amount of employers then one mgr for those 3 funds.

Reasonable expectations, better onboarding process

'Leadership' (above my supervisor) needs to be aware of their employees' work loads, and processes. Mgmt should be pro-active, not re-active. 'Emergencies' (or 'fires') happen so often they've become commonplace. Prioritizing WITH employees' workloads are a must to decrease employee stress.

Providing rewards that encourage people to stay here. Employees struggle to get recognized and promoted while executive team grows and gets recognized and promoted all the time. Appearance is the executive makes changes without seeking out suggestions from those of us that do the work.

Managing our clients and to share business goals with Zenith employees. We have not received the company's goals for several years. Last year we were told they were secret. We want to support their goals and are not afraid of change. This is an incorrect assumption made by upper management.

Properly staffing the offices to accommodate the business needs instead of finding more and more tasks for current employees to take over. They start new initiatives to quantify what we do and generate reports on performance. I do not know anyone who is pleased with the decline in job performance.

Listening to the boots on the ground. Management is clueless and is trying to use a cookie-cutter approach to everything. This doesn't work for a company representing hundreds of employers and their many DIFFERENT unions.

Stop trying to get new clients until they fix all that is wrong with our systems, get our systems and the apps used by employees current since all of our apps are outdated and no longer supported by the manufacturer. Improve the opinions of existing clients so they are happy with us again.
