The most positive are the people that work here. They do some moral boost throughout the year but those are short lived and very "department" driven rather then a whole company. We do go to Brewery as a company but some of us do not drink....

The best I can say is how it feels everyone knows ultimately what our work is about - helping others outside of Zenith. Managing pensions, working with claims, etc. I consider it to be an honor to help others in a capacity i'm knowledgeable of.

Hmm. Culture. I wouldn't call our team a culture as our correspondence is primarily business related. Very little chit chat goes on except for a casual comment on a non-business topic during meetings. The environment is work, work, work and hard to say otherwise.
