Respectful to each other, being mindful and also coming together for potlucks for holidays and just for appreciation in the office. The work environment is great sometimes it can be too fast as production expectations can or is too much and that can put pressure on a person trying to meet it.

I really don't know how to answer this because I'm a remote worker besides automated congratulatory messages. I've heard of other companies spending $20 per remote employee on a little snack basket to say thank you for a year of hard work. Nothing here.

The office staff. Office has run like a team/family for a while. No one minds chipping in if everyone is chipping in. We will all get through this together is our mantra (teamwork makes the dream work)

Every new hire brings positive change to the previous culture.
I really enjoy working with my Regional President and many of my colleagues. I appreciate the flexibility that we are given overall.

The networks and internal teams built, we lean on. It is hard to engage with those who do not respond so you seek those who are willing to ride the bus with you.
Zenith is a respected company and I am proud to work for them. I appreciate the flexibility they offer in working remote. When the rubber meets the road, I feel supported by my peers and leaders.
Long-lasting personal relationships mean we know each other well. We all work great together.

they encourage voicing yourself. proper arguments will be listened to. my pushback is taken seriously. sometimes u have the opportunity to create brand new things.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The overall culture has improved. Changes in leadership and support staff has also improved efficiency and effectiveness. Morale has improved and the people on my team no longer dread coming into the office. Continued consistency and upholding standards will continue to help make it better.

To see the employees as people, who are struggling, to see their value without them having to basically beg to have their value seen. To pay them appropriately for their value. Allowing employees to feel like they can come to you in good faith without fear of unnecessary consequence
