We have been through a lot and this group works themselves too hard and we are trying to turn the tide to be ready for fall influx of business and renewals. Small team, so when illness/vacations, etc. hit, we get hit hard.

They are kind, good, funny and caring and always wanting to help out. Good people I enjoy working with.

What stands out most about my team is their ability to quickly grasp priorities and act decisively. They also have a strong understanding of both business objectives and client needs, enabling them to consistently deliver effective outcomes.

I like the camaraderie of working next to my office mates on the hallway. While we don't work on the same accounts, it is helpful to be able to compare notes etc.

I think better training would help coworkers.

Responding to communications promptly. Complete their tasks that they are responsible to do.

Everyone needs to be more cohesive and work together as one team.

My comments are attributable to outside of my team. I think the culture has stifled people over the years from speaking up and making change because it was not historically welcomed from what I understand.

Well for starter, education and clarification on job description is a big one. A lot of people, including myself, who do not know the job to the fullest extent. We only know what we are taught and are learning as problem come about. There should be more of a flow and procedures to follow.

I haven't been part of a team. I have a manager who hasn't been present, and managers of other teams who I need to work with. Only one of them has proven to be helfpul to me in the past 4 years. I've essentially been in a silo for my four years at Zenith.

We need to have occasional department meetings to talk about standards and communication. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing here. Also, coworkers should work from home when they are sick or display sick symptoms.

I'm a 42 year old male and I don't work with any of my peers which is a bummer, so i have no friends at work. No one takes ownership it seems.

They should stop gossiping and talking. They should do their own work and stop saying that they don't know how to do something or they don't know what to do. Especially people who have been with the company over 20 years, they do not want to answer Mgr questions or add input, they put on others.

The different departments of the office do not work as one single unit - due to this, there are constantly communication issues and no one seems to have a good understanding of what a departments outside of their own does in terms of their day to day tasks. We need to work as a single unit.
