The focus of the top executives is on the budget and the investors, not on the clients that are the source of the income. Happy clients bring on more business. Make the existing clients happy with good products and they will bring in new clients. Word of mouth is the best advertisement there is!

As a supervisor I feel that there is so much daily work to be done regularly that I can't do any managerial work that I should be able to do. Also, there are several issues on a regular basis with our system software that many days makes our jobs difficult to complete timely

I feel that our company does not appreciate the good employees and not use our knowledge to improve procedures
The employees are overburdened with too much work and no support.

Managers expectations are unrealistic. It's very disorganized. There are a lot of conflicting deadlines.

Too much stress related to workload and favoritism within the workplace. Hire another position or two due to addt'l workload with new clients. Don't play favorites with schedules, and follow their own statements as to said schedules, for all employees on the team, not just some.

Culture shift needed that needs to start with executive leadership. There used to be town hall meetings and we had visibility into the direction of the company. We desperately need visibility again. Company appears shaky and I feel we are left in the dark about the true health of the company.

Isn't that what company leadership is supposed to do - understand the issues that are problems and improve or correct them? I don't know why people slack on efficiency and accuracy and make others clean up their issues.

Cookie-cutter solutions do not bode well for a company with as many different unions as we work with. Infrastructure is AWFUL. The systems used for my client still haven't been updated since 2016, despite the fact that we've been asking since then.

Moral is down across the board. I think this could be improved by more open and honest communication between Management and employees. The other compounding issue that I see is burn out. There are several people who are working more than 40 hours a week and even second jobs.

Technology is lacking. From my perspective and experience, there is too much of a dependency on one person or a small group of people, multiple systems that do the same thing, lack of communication across all levels.

MY job is held up and having ongoing issues due to other teams within the company and things often go unanswered and need escalation causing stress to me. I feel entirely undervalued and my job is not compensated enough for the living conditions we are in now a days, makes it almost not worth it.

Leadership is non-existent, directives and systems are constantly changing and convoluted, there is no feeling of team or belonging, pay and benefits are terrible. Non-existent feedback or communication about goals or growth.

The fear that our office, in particular, is being piece mealed out to other Zenith offices. We are losing clients to different divisions of the company and feel left in the dark most of the time.
