I enjoy working at our San Francisco office, and for Zenith as a company for the last 35 years. Of course there has been challenges, but with enjoyable colleagues, a company that seems to be fair, and as shop steward over 20 years, it has made my life here interesting and enjoyable for the foremost.

In the beginning we were heard, we were understood and best practices were trying to be implemented. Now, a lot of orders are barked, meetings held about what people are wearing, meetings held with emotion instead of business improvement with programming under 1 system instead of multiple systems

I love my job. I love my team. I love the work that we do for the good of our clients, but more often than not it feels that the company is a ship with too many captains and no clear path. We go whichever way the wind takes us even if we're unsure we'll like the destination.
