How employees describe working at Zenith American Solutions
Working remotely has been beneficial for me in regards to doing what I like to do in finance and accounting. Rollovers for PTO should be higher than 56 hours, and at least be 80. I'm not fond of the lack of advancements, no bonuses, and the low pay with our employment here. This should be fixed.

too many chiefs and not enough indians. They let a few --wrong people to control decision and a manager who doesn't take control

Overall I enjoy the people I work with and the work I do. There are challenges and growth opportunities. If the work/life and workload per person was more balanced this company would receive raving reviews.
