Good, kind, enjoy working and doing my job.

My job has changed incredibly over the years. I don't feel that my knowledge is valued at this point. I feel like an outsider these days.

I have been with this company for over 20 years and have worked with several leadership teams. I feel that many of the current company goals are current and achievable, I still see that we struggle to maintain and retain client relationships.

It is good, but this company needs significant improvements in training and supervision across other departments.

Nice, Happy and understanding and easy to work with.

I like it that they are open to discuss any situation or problem.

My manger is down to earth, understanding and motivating.

They are very easy to go to and not intimidating. They give me the freedom to ask questions and make decisions on my own

My immediate leadership team is excellent. We work well together and strive towards the same goals when representing our clients.

They need to hire more people to do the work instead of reducing, and not replacing. Fix what's broken with all the systems, make the current clients happy - they will tell other Trustees about Zenith when the services they pay us for is TOP NOTCH, it can't be great if it's flawed.

That I have active coverage.

My salary is very good. I also like the time off policy -- it's very flexible and that is much appreciated.

the medical for my family

I feel that for my years with the company and against the industry standard, I am underpaid. If our health benefits and company perks were better, I would be less unhappy with my salary.

Compared to the other companies, I am at the low end, and I have to pay for my benefits. A senior in other departments who don't pay benefits is making more than me since I have to pay for benefits. Other companies also give you incentives for those who donate to charities.

I have some of the best coworkers. They are helpful and caring.

They are kind, good, funny and caring and always wanting to help out. Good people I enjoy working with.

I like the camaraderie of working next to my office mates on the hallway. While we don't work on the same accounts, it is helpful to be able to compare notes etc.

My team are all helpful

The diversity of the lower level employees, almost everyone that I have had any dealing with has been extremely nice and very helpful. I would say that they are the ones that make Zenith what it is.

Good people to easley work with.

The group events such as opening day cookout. Very positive for the company overall.

my executive team and peers are positive however there is quite a bit of negativity from the bargaining unit in our office

My department is the reason for being postivie

Collaborating with others and working on a project where I can use my skills to make a difference for a participant.

The money and helping the members and providers

I love my clients and my peers

Accomplishing the tasks I have set for the day.

The focus of the top executives is on the budget and the investors, not on the clients that are the source of the income. Happy clients bring on more business. Make the existing clients happy with good products and they will bring in new clients. Word of mouth is the best advertisement there is!
