Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that for my years with the company and against the industry standard, I am underpaid. If our health benefits and company perks were better, I would be less unhappy with my salary.

Compared to the other companies, I am at the low end, and I have to pay for my benefits. A senior in other departments who don't pay benefits is making more than me since I have to pay for benefits. Other companies also give you incentives for those who donate to charities.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team's years of service for the client and the company combined is over 150 years. They are well versed in the industry and their responsibilities.
