I was initially excited and was so proud of my growth and my need and want to learn and do more but now I don't feel as excited as my skills that I've worked independently to hone, have not been seen or valued especially not pay wise as I make less now than I did before I became a salaried employee.

Overall advancement is slow unless you are related to someone or friends with someone in leadership. We pay a lot for medical benefits. We are compensated a few dollars for internet use at home, but our wages aren't being raised to reflect what we use in energy from working from home.

My overall experience has been positive. I take pride in my work, appreciate the steady growth, and value the opportunity to continuously learn while supporting our members and clients.

Too much is asked of its employees and the benefits offered are ok but are not comprised of major/known company offerings to choose from.

Overall, my company is a good place to work. The benefits and pay could be improved. Too many co-workers have to work second jobs.

The leadership team does what they can but they are also stretched thin. I've received better leadership from people who arent recognized as a leader who should be.

I think that management should take employees who want to learn more serious. I think that looking at more tenured employees for advancement is better than hiring outside. Also leadership should be able to clearly explain updates to policy, procedures and guidelines.

These funds are complex and have many employers under them, there needs to be management based on the number of employers. If there is a very large number of employers under a fund, then a mgr should manage only that one fund, if 3 funds have same amount of employers then one mgr for those 3 funds.

I've already communicated this before but it was not taken to heart when you could see who it was coming from. To be more personable and allowing people to feel like they could air this and be heard without feeling they need the protection of anonymity within a survey would be a great start.

I don't make enough money to pay my bills every month. I don't think it is fair wages for our area. We live in a state with high taxes, and are not making wages compared to similar companies in the area.

Since my lead left, I have taken on additional responsibilities alongside my own role, significantly increasing my workload. I would feel more valued if my compensation reflected the expanded scope of my responsibilities.

We have very poor retirement benefits. Hourly employees have very limited flexibility with time off. We cannot break up vacation day hours to cover time off.

They see me as a person and they want me to succeed just as much as I want them to succeed. They recognize my achievements and celebrate them when I feel overlooked and un-important.

Our team works well together and shares common goals. Everyone puts in effort, and I can rely on my teammates to step in and help where needed, which creates a strong sense of teamwork.

We communicate well with eachother

They are competent and team players

This applies to individuals that have been with the company or over 5 years. Respect their co-works especially the leads in the department.

To see the employees as people, who are struggling, to see their value without them having to basically beg to have their value seen. To pay them appropriately for their value. Allowing employees to feel like they can come to you in good faith without fear of unnecessary consequence
