What are some of the best things about your team?
My team stand together, and we help one another and really enjoy working with each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The Commute makes going to and from work a challenge. How this can be improves if we was able to be Hybrid or remote.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would like to be paid more due to the economy, But I do manage I will be honest the wages need to be a little more to keep up with the rise in the cost of living. However I have great health benefits and 401k investments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respectful to each other, being mindful and also coming together for potlucks for holidays and just for appreciation in the office. The work environment is great sometimes it can be too fast as production expectations can or is too much and that can put pressure on a person trying to meet it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take time to listen to my concerns and they empathize when person things take place rather its my own person situation or family and I really appreciate that. They respect me as a person and I give the same respect, they understand that I do want to set career goals for promotions and health.
