It has been a steady decline is positivity and faith in leadership

In past years it seems the company really cared about you as an individual now. I feel more like just a worker bee.

I have enjoyed working here, and hopefully will be able to retire from here in 10-15 years. My coworkers are the best.

A few years ago, culture seemed to be at the forefront of the companies goals. Now, you don't even hear anything about it. The executive team doesn't have company-wide meetings anymore to keep employees informed of how the company is doing, what their goals are and what direction the company is goin

The only leadership team I speak with is our direct manager. Seems as of late leadership is just giving more work to do. All tho in the long run it is to save work.

The new manager has listened to our comments and years of experience we have with the company.

Monthly internet allowance and ability to work from home

The work is not truly tied to the job classifications. Employees with longevity seem to be pulling loads in other areas not just under the work classification that you are in. Years past we were able to pick out "anniversary" gifts. Welfare benefits are worse I have ever seen.

With the years of experience I have with this company the salary does not show that. You can get paid more being a school bus driver than what we get paid. We are definitely undervalued. And then we see all upper management new hires and those lower worker bees being laid off.

When you say "your team" exactly what team? Just the team of co-workers that do the same work as each other? The office location team? You see the problem here?

We have been with the company so long that we have seen it all. We know how to fix issues for the client and make sure that they are taken care of.

We stick together under the most dysfunctional circumstances. More work, more demands, less time

Even though we are remote workers, we still are connected like family.

When I don't have a lot of "fire's" to put out. Meaning it is a smooth day I could focus on MY JOB and complete it.

Making the client happy. Resolving issues, and getting a good days work in. This makes the day go by fast and fulfilling.

Too much thrown at staff at once. BIG projects, massive layoffs. Broken technology being implemented. Stakeholders unaware or uninterested in anything but bottom line
