It started out great, thought I would get my foot in the door and advance, that's not the case here. Managers don't know the value/experience of their team members. There is a major lack of communication at all levels, sometimes zero response to emails from leadership and including HR Recruiters.

I highly recommend Zenith to people looking for work. I enjoy the culture, the friendliness, and the care that leadership puts in to make their employees feel valued. It's something I've never had in corporate.

The approchability. It's easy to reach out to my leadership when I have a question and I am confident that I will get an answer in a timely fashion.

Liz is compassionate, kind, and always professional. She knows how to manage her team from a VP level but also knows how to balance the fact that we are people with lives and families. She is always understanding and truly helps me to grow in my role each and every day.

When I 1st started, we had exposure to the CEO, there were all hands meetings. The only time we hear from her is post that her admin probably creates for all the holidays we observe. Seems we are losing more membership lives than we are gaining and creating RIFs at a crazy rate like I've never seen.

The consistent pay and getting paid every two weeks.

I really like that I can save for retirement and give my family peace of mind knowing that one day we will still be taken care of.

The pay is not in alignment with other TPAs and health insurers and this year there weren't raises and ZERO communication around it, as well as no discussions for our 2026 goals. The health plan that we switched up to was a horrid, many of us need continuity of care and want to pay for the services

We connect well and for the most part we are in sync. We're innovative and care about one another as well as take pride in our work.

The bond we share, not only are we a tight knit group, I am confident that if I run into a challenge they will have my back. They also celebrate the wins with me!

We are building a dynamic team of go getters. They are always willing to step in and help, learn, and help our team continue to grow and evolve as the business changes.

Not sure anymore. There isn't that inclusivity that was once palpable, seems we're in the dark around what is happening with the company.

I have a team that I can count on and absolutely love!

Having Liz as a boss. She makes me excited to come to work every day. She trusts me and values my opinion on all things related to L&D. She is always incredibly supportive and is patient when things come up that I may need time to learn or understand.

I love the work that I get to do everyday, it allows for a creative outlet, and something I've wanted to do for many years. This is the happiest I have been in a job in my nearly 30-year career.
