My supervisor seeks my input and is not dismissive like the previous one was.

I do not like the yes no answer capabil only. There is no room for a real response. This question was is the leadership team doing what they can to retain you. I said no, Now the quest above this says what do you like best about leadership team. The 2 do not seem to match are they supposed to?

The leadership team does what they can but they are also stretched thin. I've received better leadership from people who arent recognized as a leader who should be.
Don't really know them. I do not interact with them on a daily basis.
They are willing to considered other ideas
leadership team? too many leaders, not enough workers

I think that management should take employees who want to learn more serious. I think that looking at more tenured employees for advancement is better than hiring outside. Also leadership should be able to clearly explain updates to policy, procedures and guidelines.
These funds are complex and have many employers under them, there needs to be management based on the number of employers. If there is a very large number of employers under a fund, then a mgr should manage only that one fund, if 3 funds have same amount of employers then one mgr for those 3 funds.
Weight loss benefit and 100% coverage for well visits.
Pension and health benefits. Thanks
I have become a Lead entrusted with more responsibilities than I was being a Customer Service Rep. Thus, I feel my pay should reflect that.

I believe Zenith has low pay. I am only now making what I was 10 years ago before I started here, in a similar position. I like the information on Znet, it is positive it keeps spirits lifted, shows what is going on in other offices, it is caring. Not enough room here for a review on actual team.

I've already communicated this before but it was not taken to heart when you could see who it was coming from. To be more personable and allowing people to feel like they could air this and be heard without feeling they need the protection of anonymity within a survey would be a great start.
I don't make enough money to pay my bills every month. I don't think it is fair wages for our area. We live in a state with high taxes, and are not making wages compared to similar companies in the area.
We work together and answer questions for one another.

I like my team, we have some very unique personalities and sometimes it can make for interesting work environments, but I think that is true with any team. know. base I am grateful for . We do get general kudos but it sometimes feels forced and specific comments are generally more neg/neutral

their knowledge, ive known most of them a long time, we work well together(co workers not management)

They see me as a person and they want me to succeed just as much as I want them to succeed. They recognize my achievements and celebrate them when I feel overlooked and un-important.
Our team works well together and shares common goals. Everyone puts in effort, and I can rely on my teammates to step in and help where needed, which creates a strong sense of teamwork.
This applies to individuals that have been with the company or over 5 years. Respect their co-works especially the leads in the department.
I think better training would help coworkers.
Everyone needs to be more cohesive and work together as one team.
That my current supervisor sees our strengths and has us build on them so that we can advance professionally.

Ongoing learning and mission and goals
Working from home is the best thing about the company.
To see the employees as people, who are struggling, to see their value without them having to basically beg to have their value seen. To pay them appropriately for their value. Allowing employees to feel like they can come to you in good faith without fear of unnecessary consequence
