We are not paid well nor appreciated by the corporation as a whole. We are just numbers to them who have deep pockets.customer service is supposed to be to priority but yet they expect us to be robots and do more than humanly possible.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation has caused everything except my pay to go up. Makes no sense. Cost of living is high for the little guy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The safety and cleanliness of some stores are not adequate. Policies and procedures need to be reevaluated. Pay raises need to happen across the board or there will be no one coming to work I fear.
