Used to love my job and my supervisor (who is long since gone), and I looked forward to going to work every day. Work/life balance was good. Seemed like we had a direction. Current leadership is all over the place, creating undue stress. Company culture is no longer the same.

Free food in break room.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewer was friendly, but the interview process is quite long and intensive. HR was very responsive and upfront.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company info is outdated. Frank Maylett is no longer the CEO, and the company has gone downhill FAST. Revolving door of leadership. Current President is incompetent and unpopular, causing tons of turnover. If you last 8 months, you're considered a veteran. Constantly changing go-to-market plan.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It starts at the top. The product is cool, bu the product roadmap is constantly changing and always behind schedule. Coworkers are stressed due to ever changing company direction, product direction, and high turnover (sometimes involuntary). Used to be a great place to work until Frank Maylett left.
