Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honest and transparent. They work hard to keep the culture alive and healthy.
Clear and open communication of what is expected to meet business, team, and personal goals.
The leadership team has had great experience other places so they seem to be really well informed about all that we're trying to accomplish like rebranding the company, delivering on robust product roadmaps, and taking really good care of customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company info is outdated. Frank Maylett is no longer the CEO, and the company has gone downhill FAST. Revolving door of leadership. Current President is incompetent and unpopular, causing tons of turnover. If you last 8 months, you're considered a veteran. Constantly changing go-to-market plan.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation time and HSA.
Good pay that is competitive with what I've seen outside the company.
The benefits package is WONDERFUL. Easily adjustable for all walks of life, and very competitive for this market.
The company has a competitive comp philosophy and they use legitimate market data.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Nice people that are driven for success. No jerks.
We meet regularly and it's always a a good blend of getting down to work and talking about what matters most as well as quite a bit of fun.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It starts at the top. The product is cool, bu the product roadmap is constantly changing and always behind schedule. Coworkers are stressed due to ever changing company direction, product direction, and high turnover (sometimes involuntary). Used to be a great place to work until Frank Maylett left.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free food in break room.
Company mission is strong because we help keep people safe.
An incredible group of friendly people, all willing and eager to help address any issue that comes along.
We have really nice events, some formal and a bunch more casual. I like the comradery with coworkers and friendships that I've developed here. I also feel really grateful for a clear and ambitious vision regarding where the company is going.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewer was friendly, but the interview process is quite long and intensive. HR was very responsive and upfront.

the people are great to work with. Open execs who tell us the truth.
The people I get to work with.
Friendships and the ability to work in my area of the business knowing I am having an impact on a very important mission of the company.
