    Interviewer was friendly, but the interview process is quite long and intensive. HR was very responsive and upfront.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
    Free food in break room.
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    Unlimited vacation time and HSA.

  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Company info is outdated. Frank Maylett is no longer the CEO, and the company has gone downhill FAST. Revolving door of leadership. Current President is incompetent and unpopular, causing tons of turnover. If you last 8 months, you're considered a veteran. Constantly changing go-to-market plan.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    It starts at the top. The product is cool, bu the product roadmap is constantly changing and always behind schedule. Coworkers are stressed due to ever changing company direction, product direction, and high turnover (sometimes involuntary). Used to be a great place to work until Frank Maylett left.
