The whole compensation package is great. Great pay, benefits, and equity.

Leadership is very transparent. They communicate everything going on with the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone at the company is very friendly and want to help out. I have not found anyone with an ego which is VERY RARE in tech (especially coming from Silicon Valley tech companies)
