The people are like family. You are constantly surrounded (whether in person or virtually) with the kind of people that are so much fun and supportive

Got to speak to several different parts of the team to get different perspectives about the company and the role

The openness regarding referrals, there have been several folks who have sat "untouched" that are overly qualified for roles with no insight from hiring manager or recruiters on status or reaching out to the potential hires
