Leadership team needs to actually listen to feedback from its employees. Is it not alarming that turnover is skyrocketing and the employees who have been at SalesLoft for a couple of years are all leaving?

Leadership needs to understand that the skyrocketing turnover is attributed mostly to the low pay and long hours.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Medical Insurance, coupons, remote, etc.

Bonus potential and vacation, PTO and company holidays including rest days, focus days and week long company shut down during holiday season.

Maternity leave is excellent. 16 weeks, fully paid.

So many things! The company calendar and unlimited PTO is my favorite followed by flexible working hours and parental benefits.

Unlimited PTO and generous family benefits, including 4 months mat leave, diaper subscription for 12 months, and other perks for new parents.

under median market compensation .

Pay the market value, not below it. If your going to have unlimited PTO, don't scrutinize people who take and and have their work done, talk the abusers.

Having pay adjusted to the market value. It's not that hard.

The openness regarding referrals, there have been several folks who have sat "untouched" that are overly qualified for roles with no insight from hiring manager or recruiters on status or reaching out to the potential hires

I had a hard time with the interview, but not due to it being difficult but rather I felt like the HR rep wasn't following up with my process as closely as I wanted. I've referred a few folks and they've had similar experiences so interviewing here is definitely a weird experience.

be more attentive to time and how long the overall process is (mine took over 6 weeks for an entry level position)

The interview process sells a lie to its candidates. I wish I spoke with ICs on the team before accepting the job.
