Executives are pretty standard tech execs. They're overindexed on marketing and sales and don't care about operational delivery or customer service. There's no business strategy just making the next quarter's numbers.
It's very easy to talk to our Leadership and they truly care for their team on a personal and professional level. I know they have my best interest at heart and are always willing to help out.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team needs to actually listen to feedback from its employees. Is it not alarming that turnover is skyrocketing and the employees who have been at SalesLoft for a couple of years are all leaving?
Leadership needs to understand that the skyrocketing turnover is attributed mostly to the low pay and long hours.
