What are some of the best things about your team?
They lead with trust first. You always get the benefit of the doubt because we know we hire the best of the best and you are here because you are a rockstar. It's always a safe place to ask any question or to have healthy conflict.

SalesLoft is incredibly rigorous in its hiring practices and standards, and it shows in the caliber of our teams here. There is a culture and expectation of curiosity, learning, risk taking, and servant leadership here.

It's not a competition between each other and when people make mistakes, they own them and we rally around each other to help solve the issue and really bond as a team around it. There is a great balance of accountability and grace which is awesome considering we are all high achievers.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They try to figure out what makes you tick and less interested in if you have the look of a resume that meets qualifications. Allows a broad range of great talent to work here even without the traditional job trajectories which I think is one of the reasons we are so successful!

The methodology used is targeted at uncovering cultural fit, and less about targeting specific skills. While there is a high-level of professional rigor and acumen, it is more important to be humble, kind, and hungry to win. All other skills can be taught.

I love the Top Grade interview. I find this so much more valuable to learn more about the company and meet many people as well as I don't find myself repeating everything to each person. We get to dig deep into why I've done what I've done in my past to look at everything at a larger picture.
