The best thing about the leadership team is their emphasis on trust and transparency.

We have the opportunity to work from anywhere, but I'd rather come in to be closer to my team.

parental leave is first class, rest days, attention to work/life balance, being an actual person and not just an employee

the amount of people you meet - inside and outside your department. you get a good holistic view of the organization

our core values are real and everyone holds one another to keeping these top of mind - all the way up to the c-suite.

super supportive of one another, praise one another frequently, no triangulation, everybody is 'that one person that did the most in a college group project'
