What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team communicates frequently and transparently. They field all manner of questions from literally anyone in the company in an all hands format on a weekly basis. It's evident that they have SalesLoft headed in the right direction and that they recognize the importance of their people.

The SalesLoft executive team has established a strong and clearly defined culture and "walks the walk" when it comes to the company's core values, integrating each of them into the daily operations of the company with complete transparency.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The intentionality and conversational nature of the questions.

The interview process at SalesLoft includes peer interviews, with members of the prospect's team, and a "core values interview", with employees from the broader organization, which helps both the prospect and the company to assess whether it's a good "fit".
