Doesn't pay as well as some other companies in Atlanta.

I don't necessarily feel undervalued but we are very much aware that our compensation needs to be reviewed in order to stay competitive. I know for sure I could make more than what I am making today at another company.

Everyone on my team is happy to be at Salesloft. We can go from joking one minute to discussing a time-sensitive deliverable the next. There is a culture of trust at Salesloft, which fosters a culture of productive discourse and commitment to plans.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very challenging but with tolerable level of stress

Everyone seems to help everyone else and genuinely put the team over themselves. Our weekly goals are team-based (not individual-based) and members go above and beyond to lend a hand if a team goal is at risk.

clear defined process and all steps made sense

I got to meet nearly everyone I would be working with through the interview process. It's a lengthy process, but for a reason- Salesloft wants to make sure that you will be a good mutual fit on the team and puts a lot of energy and effort into the interview process.

There were 9 rounds of intensive interviews... At first, intimidated but they've perfected their process of finding the best candidates both in talent and in culture fit.
