What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team is transparent (the most transparent of any company I've worked at), honest and driven. I have complete trust in them to both drive results and keep the best interests of their employees in mind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to help everyone else and genuinely put the team over themselves. Our weekly goals are team-based (not individual-based) and members go above and beyond to lend a hand if a team goal is at risk.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is happy to be at Salesloft. We can go from joking one minute to discussing a time-sensitive deliverable the next. There is a culture of trust at Salesloft, which fosters a culture of productive discourse and commitment to plans.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my colleagues! Some of the most supportive, intelligent, honest people I've had the pleasure of working with. There is no passive-aggression or talking behind people's backs - just genuine discourse with the knowledge that everyone has each other's best interests in mind.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet nearly everyone I would be working with through the interview process. It's a lengthy process, but for a reason- Salesloft wants to make sure that you will be a good mutual fit on the team and puts a lot of energy and effort into the interview process.
