Salesloft truly and genuinely cares about and for their people. I've worked in amazing companies before, but nothing like Salesloft. I love the fact that EVERYONE lives the company's core values.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to set my own pace when working. Having the opportunity to take a breather during the day and being able to work from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that they allow everyone to be themselves. This is a safe place where one can express their thoughts and points of view and those will be received with respect and curiosity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical insurance, and the unlimited PTO. The fact that I'm able to take time off whenever I need it is priceless for me and makes me want to work harder for this company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always happy to help if I have questions. They are always optimistic and that makes it easier to see the light at the end of the tunnel when things don't go as planned.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all are always willing to help, they have been so welcoming and kind with me and all the new hires. They are all unique and have different sets of skills that complement each other so well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved that I was able to meet with the ones that would become my colleagues and to meet with people from other departments before actually being offered a position. The process was very well thought and it gave the me opportunity to learn about the job beforehand.
