It's been good to me, overall. Getting my foot in the door in tech, getting paid a living wage, and enjoying the people I interact with on a daily basis. But after Vista, things have changed significantly. There's more eyes on the "unlimited PTO", a lot more secret layoffs, and uncomfortableness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our product helps people when it works. Salesloft does have a Greta way of finding great people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is diverse, fun, and interacts well with eachother. We try very hard to have friendly candor on slack.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay the market value, not below it. If your going to have unlimited PTO, don't scrutinize people who take and and have their work done, talk the abusers.
