Everyone is so positive and supportive at all times. You never feel like you can't ask a question or be heard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Exceptional health insurance, PTO is amazing as well - I feel that I can have balance in my life outside of work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They treated me more like a colleague/friend versus a high stress prospective employee. Everyone is so welcoming, it's kind of hard to believe.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so supportive of each other. It's sometimes a rarity especially in a sales organization. We feed off of each other's ideas, and push each other to strive for more every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with, and the product I sell. The people are some of the best people I have ever met, in every single aspect. The product itself actually helps people, and being in sales, that's a big deal. I love selling this product, because I know there are amazing outcomes from having it.
