manager is fantastic, as you go further up management chain it gets worse. these people sit in home offices salivating over numbers growing on a screen and have no actual experience selling and don't know what's going on in store. if you have a slow day, its the lowest tier worker's fault to them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
not the whole company but our store manager goes above and beyond to make things fun, engaging, and to value and treat us with respect.
