Worst company to work for. They care far too much about numbers and trying to force customers to sign up for credit cards. I'm putting my notice in asap and getting out of there quickly. Employee discounts are great but the pay is horrid and i can't live off of that.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop obsessing over trying to make lower end employees pester customers about credit cards or sales. You're not the ones getting yelled at by customers; WE are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm doing manager work for low pay. It feels like i'm doing someone a favor more than actually getting my job done. I'm a beauty advisor. I'm only supposed to advise people on beauty. Thats it. Thats what i signed up for. So again, i'm leaving the company asap.
