It's great to hear this from a 2017 review. We had already begun our inclusive design journey with a mix of impactful work and volunteer work. That we've found a way to focus on this over the past few years has brought the team even closer together.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
not enough equity as comp
We've never had this as a request from an employee before but would welcome the discussion. As a consultancy and not a startup, it had never seemed like a high priority in our benefits conversations, so we haven't prioritized it as a small business.
