The amount of time to ship something is unreasonable. I have never seen a company care so little for customer service. NC to GA and it takes weeks to get a pallet of bubble bags shipped to me. Once I find a suitable replacement I am out. My sales and service guys, Nate and Marwin rock though. Shame
