Direct manager is very supportive, encouraging, and hands-off unless needed. Leadership team continues to embrace the work-life balance and need for flexibility in schedules.

Leading by example and listening to the employees.

Leading, managing, training. There is NO training or management. No one answers their phones or emails, customers ate ignored. Machines go unfixed for months. Tech managers dont manager or train or hold anyone accountable. Sales managers are the same. Highly unqualified men in upper management.

Expanding and diversifying their workplace.

Show interest in the work/life balance of the rank/file workers. Too much overtime. They are too reactive instead of proactive where the labor force is concerned.

The pay is good. The company needs serious restructuring and people need to start working again. It's getting bad. The pay is the only reason I've stayed.

My international team was the best. We took great care of our people, customers and made exellent profits given limited resources.

Everyone needs training, especially the new guys. There is zero training or accountability. Accountability would mean managers need to manage and they aren't. No one is working.

People need to be forced back to work. There needs go be checks and balance. Believe it or not, most people need structure.

Management team needs training or replaced

Promote from within the company. This used to be pushed but has fallen by the wayside. People form outside this industry usually can't comprehend what we do.

My manager should fight harder for his team for credit.

Only takes a day with three people. Not a lot technical question.

Ive said it over and over. Managers are not working. Techs ate not working. Upper management must not be working or they would know the guys below them are not working. Guys need to retire or step up, but currently they are coasting and running things into the ground. Or they are simply not qualifie

Poor management and operations of hourly management

Pay more and I can do more.

When your business is ruled by a careless narcissist person -the 1st in my 25 years- it gives a contrast versus the great leaders this company was very rich.
