What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is very good
The bonuses given by the company
The pay is good. The company needs serious restructuring and people need to start working again. It's getting bad. The pay is the only reason I've stayed.

Salaries are on a part with what I earned 20 years ago.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Respect would be a good start, as well as a fair and honest work environment. Where I can see everyone doing their part to get the work done. Unfortunately, it is only working to exhaustion while the managers favorites do nothing and still get paid.

Review of tenure and compensation in range.
A clearly defined policy without unfair and unequal enforcement
Need to raise at least 10K, because I know how much my other colleagues at the same level get paid.
Making as much as those with less responsibility.
