What makes you most happy at work?Supportive work environment, easy to talk to people at all levels
What are some of the best things about your team?People are nice and there's efforts for team engagement
What are some of the best things about your team?My international team was the best. We took great care of our people, customers and made exellent profits given limited resources.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Completely remove all employees and rehire with strict policies on their capabilities as well as attitudes and personalities. Hiring those with personalities that are detrimental to harmonious work environments can destroy a company from the inside without even know what happened.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Responsibility for ones actions. Punishment for those that do wrong and rewards for those that go beyond expectations. The hard workers are getting used up and thrown away while the lazy ones do nothing and get raises while laughing at the workers that are under appreciated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone doing their job instead expecting others to pickup the slack for them to be able to do nothing.
