Marc Hamer — Chief Information Officer, Chief Digital Officer & Corporate VP at Sealed Air Corporation

Mr. Marc A. Hamer has been Chief Information Officer of Sealed Air Corporation since November 2016 and its Chief Digital Officer and Corporate Vice President since July 18, 2017. Mr. Hamer has overall responsibility for Sealed Air's information systems globally. He is responsible for ensuring that Sealed Air's technologies achieve its long-term goal of consolidating all financial, HR, procurement and transportation systems globally as well as achieving the Sealed Air's goals and driving business enablement. He has more than 20 years of global experience in information technology. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of IT for the $5B distribution business of Thermo Fisher Scientific and also led IT Shared Services for them. Earlier in his career, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Raytheon's Intelligence Business and held a number of positions of increasing responsibilities over his nine years spent at Northrop Grumman. He served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Business Services at BWX Technologies, Inc. (alternate name, The Babcock & Wilcox Company). Mr. Hamer also sits on Advisory boards for Insight Venture Management and Firemon and has been published numerous times in technology and business journals.
