People are nice and there's efforts for team engagement
My international team was the best. We took great care of our people, customers and made exellent profits given limited resources.
We produce quality/quantity in spite of being mismanaged.

Open-minded, thoughtful, considerate, engaging, proactive, and respectful.

Communication needs to improve at all levels
Everyone needs training, especially the new guys. There is zero training or accountability. Accountability would mean managers need to manage and they aren't. No one is working.
