Push to be more inclusive, diverse, and understanding of individual schedules.
Peers recognized and supported by peers.
Responsibility for ones actions. Punishment for those that do wrong and rewards for those that go beyond expectations. The hard workers are getting used up and thrown away while the lazy ones do nothing and get raises while laughing at the workers that are under appreciated.
Need new leaders across the board
People need to be forced back to work. There needs go be checks and balance. Believe it or not, most people need structure.
Management team needs training or replaced
Promote from within the company. This used to be pushed but has fallen by the wayside. People form outside this industry usually can't comprehend what we do.
My manager should fight harder for his team for credit.
Recall those great managers and spirit Cryovac had for decades. We need directors and managers whom the company has trust and can take decisions.
