The best benefit is the pension.

Silo leadership. No desire from senior leadership to hear opinions of those below them. On my 4th boss after only 3 years here at the company. Morale is low. Leadership is Dishonest. The board either has no idea how bad it is or they don't care. Entire Sr. leadership team needs to go.
