Executive team changed insurance to better benefit higher paid employees only.
Plants produce power and our budgets are monitored very closely, main office is a "free for all". Our job to produce power for the members.

We do our jobs and work as a team. We have to unite because headquarters is always quick to point the finger at us.

honesty. trust, communication, without trust, there is no real collaboration.
Just hand out script before each meeting,it would save time.
There are great coworkers,but the new hires are not qualified for their position.

Too many silos, no cross departmental trust. Everyone is looking out for themselves and not the task at hand.
Everyone there has an agenda and will lie and cheat to achieve it.

We act as a family and try to lift each other up.

We need an environment of trust
Create an environment of trust.
Nobody trusts one another anymore
Treat plant people with respect, not as second class citizens. Reduce overhead in main office and make them actually go to work and do their job.
