We do our jobs and work as a team. We have to unite because headquarters is always quick to point the finger at us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Plants produce power and our budgets are monitored very closely, main office is a "free for all". Our job to produce power for the members.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Treat plant people with respect, not as second class citizens. Reduce overhead in main office and make them actually go to work and do their job.
